Owners and admins turn on a secret URL per project (Settings →
Integrations), POST /api/webhooks/alerts/{project}/{token}, that Sentry,
Uptime Kuma, Prometheus Alertmanager, Grafana or any tool sending JSON
with a title can call. A new problem opens a bug as TaskStream (label
«alerta», chosen type and priority); while that bug is open, the same
fingerprint goes to it (a comment at most every 30 minutes) and
«resolved» is said on it; once it is closed, a new bug names the old
one. Alerts of a project are handled one at a time, so two at once open
one bug, and a bug not yet projected still counts as open. Unknown
project, alerts off or a bad token all answer 403.
TaskStream may now comment as the system actor, like it already opened
tickets for public proposals. Stored in Mongo (alert_integrations,
alert_traces), not in the event store.

Each person pins up to 20 tickets from the ticket's page («Fijar»). They
show as a strip under the projects on the home page and in the search
palette before typing. Private and without history, like the views of
«my work» (Mongo `pinned_issues`); tickets in the trash or out of reach
are left out, and when the list is full the unreadable ones are dropped
first.
API: GET /api/me/pins, PUT/DELETE /api/issues/{issue}/pin; GraphQL
myPins, pinIssue, unpinIssue and Issue.pinned.

Owners and admins turn it on in Configuración → General, pick what it
shows (tickets per status, the sprint under way, release forecasts,
open epics and activity per day) and can renew or drop the link. Whoever
has it sees /share/{token} without an account: only those blocks, no
people nor single tickets but the epics, no links into the app, read
again every minute. A renewed or dropped link says it no longer works.
REST (GET/PUT/DELETE /api/projects/{project}/share and the public
GET /api/shared/dashboards/{token}) and GraphQL (dashboardShare,
shareDashboard, unshareDashboard, sharedDashboard). The token is kept
in dashboard_shares and goes with the project.

A ticket's page beats every 10 s (touchPresence / PUT
/issues/{issue}/presence, with whether I am editing) and gets back who
else is there, editing ones first. Entries live in Redis, one hash per
ticket, and fade after 30 s without a beat; leaving the page takes me out
at once. Only for people who can read the ticket; never in the event
store. The ticket shows «Bob está editando · Ana también lo está viendo»
above its title; editing means a ticket or comment form is open or a
comment is being written.

A person saves named views of «my work»: projects, assigned to me, that I
follow, status categories, priorities, bugs only, overdue and text. They
are private (Mongo my_views, no history), listed and deleted by their
owner (GraphQL myViews / saveMyView / deleteMyView, REST /api/me/views),
and run as the cross-project search, which gains project, priority,
bugsOnly and overdue filters (also in MCP my_issues). The home page shows
them as a bar above «my work», with a drawer to save a new one.

- Each person can subscribe their dates in Google Calendar, Outlook or
Apple Calendar: GET /api/calendar/{token}.ics (no session) brings
their unfinished tickets with a due date (assigned or followed), the
planned and running sprints and the planned releases of their
projects, as all-day events linking to the web. The token is made,
renewed or dropped under /me/calendar (and in GraphQL); in the web,
from «Calendario» in «Mi trabajo».
- The backlog panel keeps the selected rows' background inside its
rounded corners.

- Mongo read models are @Schema/@Prop classes (SchemaFactory), still
loose: the props declared are the indexed or shaped ones.
- CommandBus and QueryBus are used by the application services alone.
Duplicating a ticket, bulk updates, CSV imports, proposals and
emptying the trash chain several commands, so they are service
methods now and their composite commands are gone; every command
handler is atomic. No forwardRef is needed.
- The due-date and trash timers are entry points: they live in the
presenters and call the services. The automations event handler has
its own file and calls AutomationsService.
- The tracker's user directory asks IdentityService; the composition
root hands the identity application module to the tracker
infrastructure (withIdentity), with no global module.

ProposalLimiter, in the presenters, asked for the RateLimitStore port,
which only the application layer sees, so Nest could not build it and
the container never became healthy. The count now lives in an
application service, ProposalQuota; the presenter only answers 429.

Formatted text
- Descriptions, comments, replies and release notes render Markdown,
sanitised with DOMPurify (tested against scripts, handlers and
javascript: links). A pasted image is uploaded and written as
; the web fetches it with the reader's session,
so it works on private projects. Every text box has a preview. The
attachment upload now answers its attachmentId.
List view
- /p/:key/list: every ticket as rows, sortable by any column, filtered by
text, open/closed, type, priority and assignee; status, priority and
assignee change in place; bulk edit (the backlog's bar, now shared).
Ticket details
- Reactions on comments (GitHub's eight), for members and viewers.
- Duplicate a ticket: what it says, not where it stands.
- blockedBy: open tickets it waits for (BLOCKS / DEPENDS_ON), worked out
when reading with one query per board or page; shown on cards, list
rows and the ticket.
Public proposals
- A public project can take bug reports and ideas from anyone
(acceptsProposals): POST /api/explore/projects/{project}/proposals and
the form at /p/:key/proponer. They become tickets labelled «propuesta»,
opened by TaskStream; a honeypot field and 5 per address every 15
minutes keep spam out. No e-mail is asked: it would be public.
Votes
- Anyone signed in votes on a public project's tickets, members on a
private one (voteIssue, PUT/DELETE /api/issues/{issue}/vote): votes and
voted on each ticket, buttons on the ticket and the roadmap, a column
in the list. The showcase carries votes and the open proposals.
MCP: vote_issue, duplicate_issue, react_to_comment; listings show
blockers and votes. Docs, Word and PDF updated; chat notifications
(Discord, Slack, Telegram) noted for later.

Owners and admins can set rules of the kind «when a ticket is created,
moves, gets assigned, gets a comment or its pull request merges; if it is
of this type, priority, area or label; then move it, assign it, label it,
change its priority, comment or put it in the active sprint». Rules act as
TaskStream within the workflow, run once per event and trigger no others.

Every ticket of a project can be downloaded as CSV, and a CSV exported
from TaskStream or from Jira can be imported: types, statuses, priorities
and people are matched by id or name, the rest falls back with a warning,
and parents are rebuilt. The settings page previews an import before it
creates anything.

Owners and admins can point a project at other systems: a signed JSON
POST (HMAC-SHA256 of the body) when tickets, comments, releases or sprints
change, filtered by event or family. Deliveries are retried a couple of
times, the last one is shown, and a ping can be sent from the settings.
Private addresses are refused unless WEBHOOKS_ALLOW_PRIVATE is set.

A project can turn on a webhook for GitHub, Gitea or GitLab. Pushes and
pull or merge requests that name a ticket key show on that ticket under
Desarrollo, with the state of each pull request; the secret is shown and
rotated from the project settings.

Plan sprints with dates and a goal, run one at a time per project, and
put tickets in them from the ticket page. The Sprints tab follows the one
under way with its progress and a burndown in tickets or points against
the ideal line. Closing a sprint sends what was left to the next one or
back to the backlog; the board can be filtered by sprint.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The board now filters by text, type, priority and unassigned tickets as
well. Any combination can be saved as a named view, private or shared with
the project, and opened again with one click.

Derived from events and kept per person: whoever a ticket is assigned to,
whoever reports or works on it when it moves, fails QA or gets a comment,
and whoever joins a project. Never about what you did yourself, once per
event. They arrive live through a subscription to a bell in the header,
and are copied by e-mail to whoever turns it on when SMTP_URL is set.

Per-project settings (owners/admins, «Configuración» tab):
- Statuses with category (TODO, IN_PROGRESS, QA, DONE, CANCELLED), colour and
"requires reason"; configurable transitions; ticket types (icon, colour) and
areas. Defaults are the previous fixed values; projects created before keep
them without migration.
- Values are archived, never deleted: tickets, history and statistics keep
referring to them. Validated in the domain (ProjectSettingsChangedEvent).
- Releases, board, tracking and "my work" use categories, so custom statuses
keep working. Status changes carry name/category metadata for history.
- GraphQL: status/type/area are strings (breaking for clients sending enum
literals); Project.settings, updateProjectSettings, statusCategory,
myIssues(categories). REST: PUT /projects/{project}/settings, category filters.
- Read model: statusCategory on issues (backfilled at startup).
Statistics («Estadísticas» tab):
- New issue_timeline projection; pure functions compute created vs resolved,
cumulative flow, cycle/lead time (avg + p85), throughput per person, QA
pass/fail and release burnup. GraphQL Project.analytics(days),
Release.burnup; REST /projects/{project}/analytics, /releases/{id}/burnup.
- Web: SVG charts with validated light/dark palette, crosshair tooltip,
keyboard navigation, legend and data table.
Home "Mi trabajo": my open tickets across projects grouped by category (QA
failures first), tickets waiting for QA, upcoming releases and "Ir a…".
Tests: domain/application specs, e2e scenario for settings and analytics,
facade tests. Docs, READMEs, schema.gql/openapi.json and Word/PDF updated.
