- Postgres: every table has a uuid `id` (gen_random_uuid()); the event
store keeps its relay order in `seq`, and the lookup tables their
uniqueness in constraints of their own.
- MongoDB: `_id` is Mongo's ObjectId; `id` is the domain id (the same
uuid as the aggregate's stream in Postgres), unique, and every query
goes by it. Production starts from empty databases.
- Web: linking tickets and hanging one from a parent are picked from a
searchable select (links across projects, parents within the project)
instead of typing a key; every checkbox is @pi/ui's pi-checkbox.

Passport answers token failures with a generic `invalid_request` description
and puts the actual cause in `hint` (invalid redirect URI, expired or revoked
code, code issued to another client…). The proxy dropped it, so sign-in
showed only "The request is missing a required parameter…". It is now
appended to the error message and logged with the grant type and client id.

Pireon OAuth clients allow a single grant type. With one PIREON_CLIENT_ID of
type password, email + password worked but "Sign in with Pireon" failed with
`unauthorized_client`.
- PIREON_CLIENT_ID/SECRET: authorization_code client (Sign in with Pireon,
Swagger UI). New PIREON_PASSWORD_CLIENT_ID/SECRET: password client, falling
back to the former so existing setups keep working.
- Refresh tries both clients: a refresh token only works with its issuer.
- PIREON_PASSWORD_GRANT=false now also rejects password grants in the API
(before it only hid the form).
- /api/auth/config returns clientId: null when there is no authorization_code
client, and the web hides "Sign in with Pireon".
- docker-compose passes the new variables; docs 05/07, .env.example,
openapi.json; unit tests for the client selection.
