76312c079d feat: dashboard weighs quality and splits work by a list field
The insights reading adds quality (open bugs per priority, bugs created
and closed per week for 8 weeks, QA returns and passes per area over 90
days, bugs reported in the 14 days after each of the last three
releases) and, for each list custom field, open tickets per option. The
dashboard shows both; the field to split by can be picked.

0d158a2ed7 feat: dashboard forecasts releases, tells what changed and weighs the load
The insights reading grows (GraphQL insights(since:), REST ?since=, MCP):
- planned releases with a likely (p50) and safe (p85) finish date from a
Monte Carlo over the last six weeks of finished work, one after another,
  and a verdict against their target;
- with `since` (the viewer's last visit, kept in the browser): tickets
  created, finished and sent back from QA, and their mentions;
- each person's open points against what they closed per sprint lately;
- open tickets without estimate, area or assignee, or untouched for 90
days, each count opening the list filtered (new noEstimate, noArea and
  updatedBefore filters).

fe03c5bda8 feat: dashboard reads the sprint, the risks, aging and bottlenecks
A new projectInsights reading (GraphQL Project.insights, REST
/projects/{project}/insights, MCP get_project_insights), computed by pure
functions over the read model and the timeline:
- the sprint under way: days left, points done, pace against what is
  needed and whether it gets there;
- tickets at risk: overdue, due within a week, blocked by an open ticket
  and stuck (7 days or more in an in-progress or QA status);
- aging of the work under way against the p85 cycle time;
- average days in each in-progress and QA status, with WIP limits.
The dashboard shows them in four new panels, reloaded on every change.

86e313efaa feat(web): printable report of a sprint or a release
/p/:key/report/(sprint|release)/🆔 what it is, its totals, the release
notes and its tickets by stage. «Imprimir o guardar en PDF» opens the
browser's dialog; on paper the app's header, tabs, tinted panels and
lights are left out. Linked from Sprints and Releases.

e5f4e6c683 feat: start a project from another one's configuration
Creating a project can name one the creator owns or administers: its
statuses, transitions, types, areas, custom fields and automation rules
are copied once (paused rules stay paused; rules assigning to someone who
is not in the new project are left out). GraphQL templateProjectId, REST
template (id or key), MCP create_project template, and a select in the
web's new-project form.

21bc598590 feat(web): dependencies between epics on the roadmap
Arrows from an epic to the ones that wait for it («bloquea» / «depende
de»), drawn over the bars; dashed red, plus a note in words, when one
starts before the epic blocking it ends. The next batch and the ideas
kept or dropped are written down in docs/10-futuro.

f7e850068b feat: custom fields per project
Text, number, date or option-list fields defined in the project settings
(archived, never removed; their type is fixed once saved). Tickets hold
them, edited in the side panel, listed under the title and filtered by
option in the list view; also over GraphQL, REST (?field=ID:value) and MCP.

233c46e9fa feat: push notifications on each device (Web Push)
- What reaches the bell also reaches the devices where the person
turned «Avisos en este dispositivo» on, with TaskStream closed: the
Notifier sends each new notification encrypted (aes128gcm) and signed
with VAPID, and forgets subscriptions the push service dropped
(404/410). A failure never blocks the event stream.
- The API keeps one subscription per device (push_subscriptions) and
exposes the VAPID public key in the notification settings; GraphQL
  subscribePush/unsubscribePush, REST /me/push-subscriptions. Without
VAPID_PUBLIC_KEY and VAPID_PRIVATE_KEY push is off.
- The web registers /push-sw.js, a service worker that only shows the
notification and opens its ticket on a tap (no caching, served
without cache by nginx), and a manifest that makes it installable,
  which iPhones need for push.
- The bell's toggles show their text next to them.

f45069a327 feat: a calendar to subscribe to, and the backlog's corners
- Each person can subscribe their dates in Google Calendar, Outlook or
Apple Calendar: GET /api/calendar/{token}.ics (no session) brings
their unfinished tickets with a due date (assigned or followed), the
planned and running sprints and the planned releases of their
projects, as all-day events linking to the web. The token is made,
renewed or dropped under /me/calendar (and in GraphQL); in the web,
  from «Calendario» in «Mi trabajo».
- The backlog panel keeps the selected rows' background inside its
  rounded corners.

993f80b4b9 feat: move unfinished tickets between releases
- Bulk editing gets «Release…» (open releases or none), and the list
view a release filter, also reachable from each release («Ver en la
  lista», ?release=).
- Archiving a release asks where its unfinished tickets go, as closing
a sprint does: ReleaseArchivedEvent carries `moveTo` (an open release
of the same project, or none) and the saga moves them there; finished
ones stay. In GraphQL, REST and the MCP's archive_release.
- Chapter 10 lists the next features and the ideas to weigh.

8dfd35e611 fix(web): task lists in formatted text line up with the other items
The box takes the bullet's place instead of the whole item moving left,
and it is no longer `disabled` (browsers grey those out): it keeps the

1550332d41 refactor(api): buses only in services, atomic commands, @Prop schemas
- Mongo read models are @Schema/@Prop classes (SchemaFactory), still
loose: the props declared are the indexed or shaped ones.
- CommandBus and QueryBus are used by the application services alone.
Duplicating a ticket, bulk updates, CSV imports, proposals and
emptying the trash chain several commands, so they are service
methods now and their composite commands are gone; every command
handler is atomic. No forwardRef is needed.
- The due-date and trash timers are entry points: they live in the
presenters and call the services. The automations event handler has
its own file and calls AutomationsService.
- The tracker's user directory asks IdentityService; the composition
root hands the identity application module to the tracker
infrastructure (withIdentity), with no global module.

2c501a50d0 feat: uuid ids everywhere, pickers for linked tickets, @pi/ui checkboxes
- Postgres: every table has a uuid `id` (gen_random_uuid()); the event
store keeps its relay order in `seq`, and the lookup tables their
uniqueness in constraints of their own.
- MongoDB: `_id` is Mongo's ObjectId; `id` is the domain id (the same
uuid as the aggregate's stream in Postgres), unique, and every query
goes by it. Production starts from empty databases.
- Web: linking tickets and hanging one from a parent are picked from a
searchable select (links across projects, parents within the project)
instead of typing a key; every checkbox is @pi/ui's pi-checkbox.

836c6f63bc feat(web): write descriptions and comments with a visual editor
ts-rich-editor (TipTap) shows the formatting while writing: bold,
italic, strike, code, headings, lists, task lists, quotes, code blocks
and links, with @ suggesting the project's members and pasted
screenshots uploaded as attachments. It reads and writes the same
Markdown the API keeps (mentions as @[Name](id), images as
attachment:<id>, tables too), so nothing already written changes.

Used for comments, replies, editing a comment or a description, a new
ticket from the board and the public proposal form; the Markdown hint
and the paste directive are gone. List markers sat on a line of their
own, and task lists showed a stray bullet, in the editor and when read.

1383e15f3f fix(api): the API failed to start after moving the proposal limit to Redis
ProposalLimiter, in the presenters, asked for the RateLimitStore port,
which only the application layer sees, so Nest could not build it and
the container never became healthy. The count now lives in an
application service, ProposalQuota; the presenter only answers 429.

c91df110f8 feat: steadier live updates and notices for public proposals
- The web pings the live connection, reconnects when it goes quiet and
reloads what each screen shows after reconnecting.
- Dropping a card on a column it cannot go to puts it back.
- Owners and admins get a notice when a proposal arrives.
- The proposal limit lives in Redis, so it holds across instances.
- REST tells whether I voted; pasted images leave the attachment list.
- Deleting a project removes its Git integration; no lint warnings left.
- Reactions and the blocked badge are components of their own.
- Docs: what is done and what is left (chapter 10), Word and PDF.

f2001aca88 feat: formatted text, a list view, ticket details, public proposals and votes
Formatted text
- Descriptions, comments, replies and release notes render Markdown,
sanitised with DOMPurify (tested against scripts, handlers and
javascript: links). A pasted image is uploaded and written as
![name](attachment:<id>); the web fetches it with the reader's session,
so it works on private projects. Every text box has a preview. The
attachment upload now answers its attachmentId.

List view
- /p/:key/list: every ticket as rows, sortable by any column, filtered by
text, open/closed, type, priority and assignee; status, priority and
assignee change in place; bulk edit (the backlog's bar, now shared).

Ticket details
- Reactions on comments (GitHub's eight), for members and viewers.
- Duplicate a ticket: what it says, not where it stands.
- blockedBy: open tickets it waits for (BLOCKS / DEPENDS_ON), worked out
when reading with one query per board or page; shown on cards, list
  rows and the ticket.

Public proposals
- A public project can take bug reports and ideas from anyone
  (acceptsProposals): POST /api/explore/projects/{project}/proposals and
the form at /p/:key/proponer. They become tickets labelled «propuesta»,
opened by TaskStream; a honeypot field and 5 per address every 15
minutes keep spam out. No e-mail is asked: it would be public.

Votes
- Anyone signed in votes on a public project's tickets, members on a
private one (voteIssue, PUT/DELETE /api/issues/{issue}/vote): votes and
voted on each ticket, buttons on the ticket and the roadmap, a column
in the list. The showcase carries votes and the open proposals.

MCP: vote_issue, duplicate_issue, react_to_comment; listings show
blockers and votes. Docs, Word and PDF updated; chat notifications
(Discord, Slack, Telegram) noted for later.

298766ad1a fix(web): cards move between board columns again
Since the swimlanes, each column's list is stamped from a template
declared outside the cdkDropListGroup, and a template only sees the
drop groups around where it is declared: every column was on its own and
no card could leave its column. The lists of each row are now connected
by id, with and without swimlanes.

5ae1d05d30 fix(api): accept Pireon webhooks from the password client too
Pireon signs each webhook with the secret of the client that registered
it, and the API has two clients (the web app's and the password
grant's). Only PIREON_WEBHOOK_SECRET was accepted, so a token revoked
for someone signed in with a password went unheard. A delivery now
verifies with PIREON_WEBHOOK_SECRET or PIREON_PASSWORD_WEBHOOK_SECRET;
the same event arriving from both clients changes nothing.

66b09ecf4d fix(web): the ticket page shows its own changes at once, and a tidier header
The ticket page only refreshed when the live update arrived; a dropped or
slow socket left an edit, a new subtask or a comment unseen until the
page was reloaded. After each change made there, it now asks for the
ticket, its comments and its subtasks again (twice, since the API
projects its read model a moment after answering).

"Seguir" and "Editar" are two matching buttons, side by side and level
with the title's first line (under it on narrow screens), instead of a
large button with a stray arrow and a loose grey pencil.

f6417248c7 feat: tickets I follow, and more news for followers
"Que sigo" on the home page lists the open tickets I follow, whoever
works on them; `watching` filters my issues (REST, GraphQL, MCP) and a
project's search (none without a session).

Followers now also hear when a ticket's priority or due date changes,
and when it enters or leaves a sprint. Smaller edits (title, labels…)
still do not notify.

Docs (with the REPLIED row the replies change missed), Word and PDF
updated.

ea4ef82239 feat: replies to comments
A comment can answer another one (replyTo), one level deep: answering a
reply joins the same thread, and it must be on the same ticket. Whoever
wrote the comment gets a new REPLIED notification, and the activity says
"respondió a un comentario".

A comment deleted while it has replies stays, without its text
(deleted: true), so the thread still reads; it goes with its last reply
and does not count in commentCount.

The ticket page shows threads with their replies indented and a
"Responder" box; REST, GraphQL and the MCP (add_comment, get_issue) take
and show replyTo. Existing comments are unchanged. Docs, Word and PDF
updated.

c2928d2385 feat: several Git repositories per project
A project keeps a list of repositories (api, web, admin…), each with its
own secret, instead of a single webhook secret. They all call the same
URL; the secret that verifies the signature tells which one it was, and
every commit, branch or pull request is linked with its repository's
name (shown on the ticket and in the MCP). Rotating or removing one
leaves the others alone, and what it linked stays.

A project that had turned the single webhook on keeps its secret, as a
repository named "principal".

API: the enable/disable endpoints and mutations give way to adding a
repository, rotating its secret and removing it (REST and GraphQL). The
web settings card lists the repositories. Docs, Word and PDF updated.

e6ac02d328 feat(mcp): sprints, epics, backlog, trash, checklists and release notes
Thirty new tools (54 in all) for what the API gained since the MCP:
create a project and read its public showcase; sprints (list, progress
and burndown, plan, change, start, close with carry-over, delete, move a
ticket in or out); epics and the backlog (list epics with progress, set
a ticket's parent, rank); bulk edit of up to 100 tickets by key, saying
which refused; the trash; checklists; following a ticket, removing a
relation, editing and deleting comments; editing and archiving releases,
drafting and saving their notes; notifications.

Searching filters by epic, sprint and dates and sorts by backlog order;
get_issue shows parent, checklist, commits and followers; create and
update take parent and start date.

API: `unreadOnly` and `dryRun` were documented as objects in the
OpenAPI; they are booleans now. Chapter 9 lists every tool; Word and PDF
regenerated.

58fe5e8301 fix: settings cards with the page's padding and compact buttons
The Git, automations, webhooks and import cards had no inner padding and

Tickets can hang from another one of the same project, three levels deep
at most (epic → ticket → subtask). The ticket page lists its subtasks with
their progress, creates new ones and moves the ticket under an epic; a new
Épicas tab shows every epic and how far it has got. Each ticket also gets a
checklist for the small steps that don't deserve a ticket.

75323115fb fix: make the follow button on a ticket work
The store never sent the follow and unfollow requests to the API.

88928b402f feat: mentions and following tickets
Mention project members in comments with @, follow and unfollow tickets,
and get told when something changes on the tickets you follow. Commenting
on a ticket starts following it.

efa06a0723 feat: notifications in the app and, optionally, by e-mail
Derived from events and kept per person: whoever a ticket is assigned to,
whoever reports or works on it when it moves, fails QA or gets a comment,
and whoever joins a project. Never about what you did yourself, once per
event. They arrive live through a subscription to a bell in the header,
and are copied by e-mail to whoever turns it on when SMTP_URL is set.

0b65c1c912 feat: attachments on tickets and comments
Files are uploaded over REST, stored on disk (a volume in Docker) and
recorded on the ticket as events; the bytes are written first, so no
attachment ever points at a missing file. Only images, video, audio, PDF
and plain text are shown inline, everything with nosniff and a sandbox CSP.
The web shows thumbnails, uploads by drag and drop or by pasting a
screenshot, and attaches files to new comments.

Also adds `nx run api:contracts`, which writes schema.gql and
openapi.json without starting the API or any database.
