bec39da46d feat: a trash for tickets
Deleting a ticket now sends it to the trash, for whoever opened it or an
admin: it disappears from boards, searches and statistics, cannot change,
and comes back from the ticket page or the trash page for 30 days. After
that it is deleted for good with the usual cascade.

4148335457 feat: bulk edit tickets
Select several tickets in the backlog and change their status, assignee,
sprint, priority or labels at once. Each ticket goes through the normal
rules and may refuse on its own; the result says which did.

09bd8c19a3 feat: work-in-progress limits and swimlanes on the board
Each status can carry a WIP limit in the project settings; the board shows
it next to the count, marks a column that goes over it and says so when a
card is dropped there. The board can also be grouped in rows by person,
epic, priority or type, remembered per browser.

6aec774c92 feat: estimate tickets and see the team's velocity
Story points can be set on the ticket page and when creating a ticket,
and show on cards, column headers, subtasks and the backlog. The Sprints
tab charts the points finished per closed sprint and warns when a planned
sprint holds more than the recent average.

0606f53026 feat: an ordered backlog
A Backlog tab lists the tickets still to start in the order the team will
take them; drag them, or use the arrows, to reorder. Moving a ticket only
rewrites that ticket's rank, read from the event store, and board columns
follow the same order.
