«Seguir todo» on a ticket with subtasks (and on each epic of the Epics
page) tells you of it and of every ticket hanging from it, at any depth,
also the ones added later: their moves, assignments, comments and plan
changes, as a follower of each, plus when a ticket is placed under it.
Guests of a private project are left out. Personal, no history (Mongo
`tree_follows`).
API: followTree / unfollowTree, Issue.followingTree, PUT/DELETE
/api/issues/{issue}/follow-tree. MCP: watch_issue with tree.

A top-level comment and its replies can be resolved by whoever can
change the ticket (CommentThreadResolvedEvent), with an optional
conclusion added as a reply marked as a decision, so it shows above the
ticket. A settled conversation folds to one line (topic, who settled it
and the conclusion) and can be unfolded or reopened; the header counts
the open ones, and finishing the ticket with one open asks first.
«Ana está escribiendo…» shows in the conversation being answered, at
once: a `typing` mutation publishes to a Redis channel per ticket
(`typing` subscription), never stored. In replies, Enter sends and
Shift+Enter breaks the line, except inside lists and code.
API: resolveThread / PUT-DELETE /api/comments/{id}/resolution, Comment
.resolved/resolvedBy/resolvedAt, typing mutation and subscription. MCP:
resolve_thread.

Whoever can change the ticket flags a comment as a decision (new event
CommentDecisionMarkedEvent on the comment). The ticket page lists its
decisions above the description, with a link to the comment in the
conversation (`?comment=<id>` scrolls to it and points at it), and the
search palette finds them by their text across my projects.
API: markDecision / PUT-DELETE /api/comments/{id}/decision; Issue.decisions
and GET /api/issues/{issue}/decisions; decisions(projectId?, search) and
GET /api/projects/{project}/decisions, GET /api/me/decisions. MCP:
mark_decision, search_decisions, and get_issue includes them.

Each person pins up to 20 tickets from the ticket's page («Fijar»). They
show as a strip under the projects on the home page and in the search
palette before typing. Private and without history, like the views of
«my work» (Mongo `pinned_issues`); tickets in the trash or out of reach
are left out, and when the list is full the unreadable ones are dropped
first.
API: GET /api/me/pins, PUT/DELETE /api/issues/{issue}/pin; GraphQL
myPins, pinIssue, unpinIssue and Issue.pinned.

Greeting and summary of the day, the coming week, the latest across my
projects, who is online now, the week in numbers (mine and the team's,
with a streak), sprints under way, «Retomar», project cards with their
activity, what to pick up when nothing is mine and first steps for
newcomers. REST (GET /api/me/home), GraphQL (myHome) and MCP
(get_my_week).

Projects keep teams of members in their settings (settings.teams; people
outside the project are dropped, teams are archived, not removed; absent
when saving means unchanged). Tickets go to a team (`team`, also filtered
in the list and in MCP search_issues), and a comment mentioning
@[Frontend](team-FRONT) tells each of its members. Settings has the teams
with their members, the ticket a «Equipo» select, the list a team filter,
and «@» offers the teams after the people.

The owner archives a finished project (archiveProject, POST
/projects/{project}/archive) and brings it back (unarchive). While
archived it stays readable, managers still read its rules and webhooks,
but no command changes it: contributing and managing checks refuse with
422, votes and public proposals too, and automations do not run. The web
shows a read-only notice on every page of it (with «Desarchivar» for the
owner), hides what edits, marks it on the home page and lists it last.

A project can ask that tickets reach a DONE status only with their
checklist ticked (settings.checklistBeforeDone, off by default; absent
when saving means unchanged). Members get a 422 telling how many steps are
left; owners and admins may still close it. Settings has the switch and
the ticket's checklist says when the project asks for it.

Text, number, date or option-list fields defined in the project settings
(archived, never removed; their type is fixed once saved). Tickets hold
them, edited in the side panel, listed under the title and filtered by
option in the list view; also over GraphQL, REST (?field=ID:value) and MCP.

Formatted text
- Descriptions, comments, replies and release notes render Markdown,
sanitised with DOMPurify (tested against scripts, handlers and
javascript: links). A pasted image is uploaded and written as
; the web fetches it with the reader's session,
so it works on private projects. Every text box has a preview. The
attachment upload now answers its attachmentId.
List view
- /p/:key/list: every ticket as rows, sortable by any column, filtered by
text, open/closed, type, priority and assignee; status, priority and
assignee change in place; bulk edit (the backlog's bar, now shared).
Ticket details
- Reactions on comments (GitHub's eight), for members and viewers.
- Duplicate a ticket: what it says, not where it stands.
- blockedBy: open tickets it waits for (BLOCKS / DEPENDS_ON), worked out
when reading with one query per board or page; shown on cards, list
rows and the ticket.
Public proposals
- A public project can take bug reports and ideas from anyone
(acceptsProposals): POST /api/explore/projects/{project}/proposals and
the form at /p/:key/proponer. They become tickets labelled «propuesta»,
opened by TaskStream; a honeypot field and 5 per address every 15
minutes keep spam out. No e-mail is asked: it would be public.
Votes
- Anyone signed in votes on a public project's tickets, members on a
private one (voteIssue, PUT/DELETE /api/issues/{issue}/vote): votes and
voted on each ticket, buttons on the ticket and the roadmap, a column
in the list. The showcase carries votes and the open proposals.
MCP: vote_issue, duplicate_issue, react_to_comment; listings show
blockers and votes. Docs, Word and PDF updated; chat notifications
(Discord, Slack, Telegram) noted for later.

A comment can answer another one (replyTo), one level deep: answering a
reply joins the same thread, and it must be on the same ticket. Whoever
wrote the comment gets a new REPLIED notification, and the activity says
"respondió a un comentario".
A comment deleted while it has replies stays, without its text
(deleted: true), so the thread still reads; it goes with its last reply
and does not count in commentCount.
The ticket page shows threads with their replies indented and a
"Responder" box; REST, GraphQL and the MCP (add_comment, get_issue) take
and show replyTo. Existing comments are unchanged. Docs, Word and PDF
updated.

A project keeps a list of repositories (api, web, admin…), each with its
own secret, instead of a single webhook secret. They all call the same
URL; the secret that verifies the signature tells which one it was, and
every commit, branch or pull request is linked with its repository's
name (shown on the ticket and in the MCP). Rotating or removing one
leaves the others alone, and what it linked stays.
A project that had turned the single webhook on keeps its secret, as a
repository named "principal".
API: the enable/disable endpoints and mutations give way to adding a
repository, rotating its secret and removing it (REST and GraphQL). The
web settings card lists the repositories. Docs, Word and PDF updated.

Deleting a ticket now sends it to the trash, for whoever opened it or an
admin: it disappears from boards, searches and statistics, cannot change,
and comes back from the ticket page or the trash page for 30 days. After
that it is deleted for good with the usual cascade.

Each ticket type can carry a starting description and a checklist, edited
in the project settings. New tickets of that type get the description
when they come without one and always get the checklist; the new ticket
form says what the template will add.

A project can turn on a webhook for GitHub, Gitea or GitLab. Pushes and
pull or merge requests that name a ticket key show on that ticket under
Desarrollo, with the state of each pull request; the secret is shown and
rotated from the project settings.

Each release can carry notes in Markdown, written before or after it
ships. A draft is generated from its finished tickets grouped by type, to
edit and copy from the releases page.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Tickets get a start date next to their due date, both editable on the
ticket page. The Hoja de ruta tab lays the epics out over the months as
bars filled with their progress, with sprints and releases as landmarks
and a line for today.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Each status can carry a WIP limit in the project settings; the board shows
it next to the count, marks a column that goes over it and says so when a
card is dropped there. The board can also be grouped in rows by person,
epic, priority or type, remembered per browser.

Story points can be set on the ticket page and when creating a ticket,
and show on cards, column headers, subtasks and the backlog. The Sprints
tab charts the points finished per closed sprint and warns when a planned
sprint holds more than the recent average.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Plan sprints with dates and a goal, run one at a time per project, and
put tickets in them from the ticket page. The Sprints tab follows the one
under way with its progress and a burndown in tickets or points against
the ideal line. Closing a sprint sends what was left to the next one or
back to the backlog; the board can be filtered by sprint.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
A Backlog tab lists the tickets still to start in the order the team will
take them; drag them, or use the arrows, to reorder. Moving a ticket only
rewrites that ticket's rank, read from the event store, and board columns
follow the same order.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Tickets can hang from another one of the same project, three levels deep
at most (epic → ticket → subtask). The ticket page lists its subtasks with
their progress, creates new ones and moves the ticket under an epic; a new
Épicas tab shows every epic and how far it has got. Each ticket also gets a
checklist for the small steps that don't deserve a ticket.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Mention project members in comments with @, follow and unfollow tickets,
and get told when something changes on the tickets you follow. Commenting
on a ticket starts following it.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Files are uploaded over REST, stored on disk (a volume in Docker) and
recorded on the ticket as events; the bytes are written first, so no
attachment ever points at a missing file. Only images, video, audio, PDF
and plain text are shown inline, everything with nosniff and a sandbox CSP.
The web shows thumbnails, uploads by drag and drop or by pasting a
screenshot, and attaches files to new comments.
Also adds `nx run api:contracts`, which writes schema.gql and
openapi.json without starting the API or any database.

Public projects:
- Project.isPublic (create/update, owners and admins). Anyone can read a
public project without a token: project, board, tickets, comments,
history, releases, activity, tracking and statistics, over GraphQL and
REST. Writes stay for members (401 anonymous, 403 outsiders).
- @OptionalAuth() / @ApiOptionalPireonAuth(): anonymous callers allowed,
invalid tokens still rejected. ReadAccess lets anonymous viewers read
public projects only; linked tickets are filtered by visibility.
- publicProjects (GraphQL) and GET /api/explore/projects (REST).
- Web: «Explorar» page, project pages open without a session (read-only
notice, sign-in hints), public badge, visibility switch in settings,
no realtime subscriptions without a session.
Project deletion:
- Owner only, confirming the key (deleteProject / DELETE
/api/projects/{project}?confirm=KEY). The key is freed; the read model
drops the project and members are notified (web goes home).
Sagas (run by the EventsBridge after projections, durable and ordered):
- ProjectDeletionSaga: project deleted → delete its tickets and releases;
ticket deleted → purge its comments and drop links from other tickets.
- ReleaseArchivedSaga: unfinished tickets leave an archived release.
- UserDeactivatedSaga: the Pireon webhook records UserDeactivatedEvent in
the event store (EventRecorder); the tracker unassigns that user's open
tickets as the system actor.
- Internal idempotent commands; domain refusals are logged and skipped,
concurrency conflicts retried. Affected streams come from the event store
(TrackerStreamsRepository).
Tests: domain lifecycle specs, saga specs run like the bridge, facade
tests, e2e for public access, cascade deletion, archived releases and
deactivation webhook. Docs, READMEs, schema.gql/openapi.json and Word/PDF
updated.

Per-project settings (owners/admins, «Configuración» tab):
- Statuses with category (TODO, IN_PROGRESS, QA, DONE, CANCELLED), colour and
"requires reason"; configurable transitions; ticket types (icon, colour) and
areas. Defaults are the previous fixed values; projects created before keep
them without migration.
- Values are archived, never deleted: tickets, history and statistics keep
referring to them. Validated in the domain (ProjectSettingsChangedEvent).
- Releases, board, tracking and "my work" use categories, so custom statuses
keep working. Status changes carry name/category metadata for history.
- GraphQL: status/type/area are strings (breaking for clients sending enum
literals); Project.settings, updateProjectSettings, statusCategory,
myIssues(categories). REST: PUT /projects/{project}/settings, category filters.
- Read model: statusCategory on issues (backfilled at startup).
Statistics («Estadísticas» tab):
- New issue_timeline projection; pure functions compute created vs resolved,
cumulative flow, cycle/lead time (avg + p85), throughput per person, QA
pass/fail and release burnup. GraphQL Project.analytics(days),
Release.burnup; REST /projects/{project}/analytics, /releases/{id}/burnup.
- Web: SVG charts with validated light/dark palette, crosshair tooltip,
keyboard navigation, legend and data table.
Home "Mi trabajo": my open tickets across projects grouped by category (QA
failures first), tickets waiting for QA, upcoming releases and "Ir a…".
Tests: domain/application specs, e2e scenario for settings and analytics,
facade tests. Docs, READMEs, schema.gql/openapi.json and Word/PDF updated.
